Furthermore, he holds an MBA from the University of Atlanta and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from California, USA.

Dr. Hafez has held significant roles in various organizations, showcasing a trajectory of growth and achievement. His most recent position was at YAS Holding, where he served as the Chief Legal Officer from 2015 until September 2023. In this capacity, Dr. Hafez led the legal affairs of the organization, demonstrating his proficiency in negotiating contracts and successfully recovering millions in lost investments. 

Before his role as Chief Legal Officer, Dr. Hafez served as Yas Holding’s Finance Director from 2009 to 2015. In this capacity, he managed diverse responsibilities, including overseeing investments, handling acquisitions, and managing financing activities. This dual experience in legal and financial roles has equipped Dr. Hafez with a comprehensive skill set that spans both domains.
